Our cuisine
Our chef Pauli, who has cooked his way through all sorts of kitchens in Switzerland for 9 years and with the support of his brother Matthias, who spent 3 years in Norway as a cook through various kitchens, our dishes are prepared with the utmost love and care.
Quality standards are at the top of all our dishes and we always try to meet all the individual wishes of our guests.
